2. Products & Availability

• We strive to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, in some cases – slight variations may fall under the normal fabrication tolerance as known and acceptable in international manufacturing standards.
• Our product images are calibrated for best viewing experience on high precision HD, and 4K Monitors, slight coloring variance may occur in case of using our website on mobile phone screen depending on your screen tone, eye comfort settings, …etc.
• All products are subject to availability.
• In case any product became unavailable / discontinued by the factory, it will be also unavailable on our website without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S.Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Once an order is placed, automated confirmation email will be issued from our system.
• REFINELY reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Full payment must be made at checkout using the available payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly; delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service or force majeure conditions if any.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address / information. Failure to do so may result in delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in unused, unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
• Items marked Sale, Final Sale, Accessories, as well as Personal Care items are non-returnable unless defective. Customer is required to provide defects evidence.
• Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Returns that do not meet our return policy stated in this page will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
